Arabic Materia Medica 1

This lecture was originally hosted as a fundraiser to help support the people of Palestine.

This class discusses a variety of botanical medicines and foods used in the traditional Arabic materia medica. We will discuss many plants including: Olives, Figs, Black seed , Pomegranate, Fawtan, Truffles and more! In may cases I even discuss western herbs to help augment the recommendations in a clinical setting.

Whether you are a beginner or a practitioner, this class will certainly offer you lots of empowering tips & tools.
