Garlic oil is an Arabic & Indian herbal remedy that is traditionally used topically for a variety of uses. The history and use of garlic as a medicine goes back quite a long time! It is well noted for its antibacterial, antiviral and anti-fungal properties. Topically, Garlic oil may be an excellent go to topical to help seal off open wounds and kill of unwanted fungal growths or to even augment your own salve formula! It has been used internally as an anti-parasitic and to decrease heart attack and stroke risk but is contraindicated if one is on blood thinners.
