Our Horse Chestnut tincture (Aesculus hippocastanum) is 100% organic. This is a herb traditionally used for varicose veins due to its ability to tighten and tone the walls of veins. It is best used topically for such a purpose.
This herb is generally best avoided for internal use unless you have clinical experience with its advanced applications.
