This class is an excellent introduction to the world of Unani, Traditional Arabic & Islamic medicine. We touch upon the history as well as the main frameworks the systems are based upon. Various herbs and traditional nutritive tonics are also touched upon, including the use of honey. Some of the information in this class is very hard to come by!
