Our Wood Betony is 100% organically cultivated. Known in Latin as Stachys officinalis, it has classically been used to help various nervous system disorders including: anxiety, nervousness, tension headaches, insomnia and more. In the old days, herbalists would classically use this herb for all conditions that occur above the shoulders. This plant is said to be an ally for those looking to support dreaming when sleeping.
