Rose has been traditionally used for centuries in many ways. Rose has a theme centered around the heart and as such is useful for uplifting ones spirit, supporting a broken heart and helping with grief. Its astringent properties help with upset tummies, diarrhea, bleeding gums, sore throats and more..
One of our favourite ways to use rose is to add a few flowers into herbal tea blends for added floral booost! It is a very safe and comforting medicine.
